The room was clean and comfortable, but the lift really needed an upgrade.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons
Fantastic location near Tramway and major attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice terrace. The staff was welcoming and efficient.
The elevators are quite cramped and outdated. Some furnishings could definitely use upgrading. Breakfast options felt limited and often ran out.

Convenient location near the train station.
Finding the hotel was quite challenging as it’s tucked away from the main road. I ended up stopping on a pedestrian walkway, which was awkward and possibly unsafe. The room itself was lacking in many areas, the carpet was stained, and there was no air conditioning, just a fan that circulated warm air. the breakfast felt overpriced for its limited offering. I opted to buy pastries from a nearby store instead.

missingWrote a review on Oct 12excellent locationwell-equipped roomstired interior
The location is strategic, just a stone's throw from the train and tram stations. It's excellent for getting around the city without hassle.
The interior shows significant wear. carpets are stained and need replacing, while furniture appears shabby. Space is limited, with a strange lack of wardrobes, only a few hangers on a rail. The lift is outdated and could use an upgrade—though functional, it raises some eyebrows. Lastly, breakfast feels overpriced with minimal offerings.

missingWrote a review on Sept 26convenient locationoutdated elevator
The hotel's location is excellent, being close to both the train and tram stations, which made commuting around Nantes very convenient.
Unfortunately, the main lift in the hotel seemed outdated and also showed signs of wear, which was concerning given the number of guests using it.

The Standard Single Room was comfy, and I appreciated that it was quiet even though the hotel is near a lot of activity. The bed was super cozy, and everything was really clean, which I liked. It was nice to have a modern bathroom that worked well. Plus, the hidden rooftop garden was a cool surprise. Only downside was that I would’ve liked a room facing away from the tram for less noise.

I stayed for 3 nights and loved the clean and modern bathroom! Breakfast options were good, but I'd recommend getting a coffee nearby for a better price. Would definitely revisit!

Clean and tidy room with welcoming staff, who were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was decent and well-presented, starting early for those who need it.
The hotel exterior could use some sprucing up to appear more inviting.
